to include 3 appliances.It is a legal requirement for any gas appliance within a rental property to be inspected by professionals with a gas safety certificate to ensure all gas appliances (such as cookers, boilers, fires and any other gas appliances) are checked routinely to ensure tenants that they are gas safe for use.
Our gas safe engineers will visit the property and inspect all appliances. A certificate will be issued once complete, this will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Price includes up to 3 appliances, (Boiler, Cooker, Fire) Additional will be £15 per appliance T/A
